The monograph reveals the issues of criminological support of crimes in the field of information and communication technologies. The patterns, trends and condition of cybercrime are considered, the problems of criminological (criminogenic, anti -Criminogenic) determination of crime in cyberspace were analyzed. The criminological assessment of the personality of cybercriminals and the victimological assessment of the personality of the victim from cybercrime are justified. Criminological information aimed at the formation of a basic resource of preventing crimes in the field of information and communication technologies as a necessary condition for ensuring criminological cybersecurity was investigated in detail.
