The monograph discusses crimes encroaching on the systems and resources of the banking sector. Much attention is paid to the carding as a cementing basis for a system of crimes of an economic orientation. The problems of criminal prosecution are considered on the basis of an analysis of a deep empirical base, which allows not only to disclose aspects and directions of the genesis of a mechanism of such crimes, but also to propose relevant methods and methods of investigating crimes encroaching on the systems and resources of the banking sector.
