The idea of creating a basis of judicial acts of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on criminal proceedings arose among the authors three years ago. First of all, as an help in the daily activities of a defender lawyer. The preparation of petitions and complaints in criminal cases, as a rule, caused the need to appeal not only to the norms of the law, but also to the materials of judicial practice, especially acts of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
The more significant significance of acts of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation for criminal proceedings than for other procedural industries - civil, arbitration and administrative - is explained by the presence of an extensive block of pre -trial procedures. Given the fact that, on the issues of a preliminary investigation of legal positions, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation has very few, the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation naturally came to the fore with extensive explanatory practice.
These thoughts predetermined the beginning of large -scale activities to systematize the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. For convenience, judicial acts were refined - to the subject of appeal and legal position - and placed in a tabular view with differentiation for sections that correlate with the structure of the current Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation.
After accumulating the material and its systematization, it was impossible to stop. In order to optimize the accounting and storage of primary sources - decisions and definitions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation - all documents are posted in the Sudhab.ru database, and access to them began to be carried out through a QR code. The result was an information and analytical product that is provided to the reader.
