The main content and problems of the program of the subject Criminal process are set out. Organizational and methodological recommendations for the independent training of students for practical exercises, as well as preparation for final control, have been identified. Certain provisions of the work can be used in the study of the course “Organization of logistics of courts” in the section “Forensic office work” and “Ensuring the consideration by the judge of criminal, civil cases and cases of administrative violations”. These recommendations take into account changes in criminal procedure legislation, determine the wide range of literature of Russian modern processualists.
