The presented publication is devoted to a detailed analysis of the algorithm of the work of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation with applications for crimes from the moment they are registered to a decision on the initiation of a criminal case. The main attention is paid to the characterization of each of the stages of the criminal procedure verification from the point of view of the circle of existing subjects, the volume and legal meaning of each procedural action in their chronological sequence, as well as the design of the results of such actions and decisions made based on the results of the audit. In addition, the authors provide approximate algorithms for the criminal procedure audit on the grounds of the most common types of incidents, as well as examples of the design of materials of such checks.
When preparing the manual, the problems of current law enforcement practice were also analyzed, which the authors faced during their work in the law enforcement.
The manual is intended for students and teachers working with issues of criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation. At the same time, the authors hope that it will be interested in the current employees of the internal affairs bodies, first of all - beginner their career in law enforcement agencies
