The publication presents an in-depth academic course of Russian criminal procedure law in the amount that meets the requirements of the curriculum of higher educational institutions (faculties) of the legal profile. The authors took into account the significant changes in the legislation, the theory of the criminal process and the practice of criminal proceedings in recent years. All chapters are equipped with an individual complex of educational-methodical materials that allow us to increase and systematize the information obtained during audit classes, and focus on the most important concepts, categories, regulatory provisions and procedural procedures. The lists of normative acts and additional literature recommended for a comprehensive study of a particular procedural institution and additional literature, as well as issues for self -control, tests, tasks and topics for writing written works, have been introduced to each chapter. The legislation is given as of September 1, 2017. The publication is intended for students, graduate students and teachers of law universities (faculties)
