The monograph presents the results of many years of work of the team of authors working on one problem. On the basis of an interdisciplinary author’s approach, the concept and essence of the criminal liability of a doctor in modern Russia, the problems of the application of criminal liability in medicine, law enforcement practice and expert errors caused by human health defects, the complexity of forensic evaluation in criminal cases and the ambiguity of causal, are investigated -Exactive ties in forensic medicine. The special procedure for the trial and an extensive judicial practice for medical cases are described.
