Criminal liability for unlawful impact on critical information infrastructure

The monograph is devoted to a complex of theoretical and applied problems of criminal liability for unlawful impact on critical information infrastructure (Article 274.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) Along with general theoretical issues, foreign criminal legislation and the provisions of international law are subjected to deep analysis.
