The monographs investigate the problematic issues and prognostic prospects of the system of modern Russian criminal legislation in the context of the conceptual foundations of its structuring, taking into account modern socio-economic and political legal relations in Russia. Attention is drawn to the evolutionary path of the development of criminal legislation in Russia and abroad, to domestic and foreign experience in the structuring of criminal law institutions, including systems of punishments, criminal liability institutions of legal entities and criminal offense.
The directions of improving criminal legislation as a whole and the practice of its application are formulated.
