The training manual analyzes relevant issues of criminal law protection of information relations. Information is considered as a special social value that needs legal protection, including criminal law protection,
as a means of committing crimes, and in recent years the number of such crimes is increasing. To counteract such acts, there is a need for timely adoption at the legislative level of relevant decisions.
The Criminal Code of the Russian Federation does not provide for a separate chapter in which the compositions of crimes encroaching on such relations would be concentrated, therefore, the textbook examines crimes located in various chapters of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the subject or means of which is information.
The legislation is given as of April 1, 2022
The manual is addressed to students studying in the specialty Jurisprudence can be useful to undergraduates, graduate students, teachers, scientific and practical workers
