Criminal-legal counteraction of crimes committed using information and telecom

The monograph has investigated criminal issues of counteracting crimes committed using information and telecommunication networks. The historical, international and foreign aspects of the stated issue are considered. Unification and systematization of the relevant provisions of domestic criminal legislation was carried out. The features of the qualifications of this group of socially dangerous acts are analyzed. Measures are proposed to improve Russian legislation and the practice of its application in the field of combating crimes committed using information and telecommunication networks.
