Criminal-legal characterization of theft of narcotic or psychotropic substances

In the monograph, objective and subjective signs of a crime under Art. 229 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the object and the subject of the crime were specified, the types of thefts of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances were considered, the general and special subjects of this crime were characterized, the concept of theft of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances was analyzed.
