The monograph provides a legal analysis of the theft of someone else"s property based on a comprehensive study of modern domestic criminal law and the doctrine of law. The authors outline the problematic issues of qualifications of certain types of thefts of someone else"s property and distinguishing them from theft as from the most common type of theft. Based on the data of official statistics using modern analysis methods, the main criminological indicators of the theft of someone else"s property were investigated and conclusions were drawn about the current state of this type of theft of someone else"s property in Russia.
