The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive study of criminal liability for the unsafe performance of work and the provision of services, taking into account the latest changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation, statistical data on the state of crime in Russia, materials of judicial and law enforcement practice, the results of the gained empirical data. Considerable attention is paid to the problems of qualification of crimes provided for in Articles 143, 215, 216, 217, 219, 238, 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The deficiencies of the legislative technique of formulating these crimes were identified and proposals have been developed to improve law enforcement and criminal law in the studied sphere.
