The monograph considers the history and current state of the domestic criminal legislation on crimes against the individual. The author’s position was expressed to improve the system of crimes against the personality, its rights and freedoms, the controversial issues of the qualification of crimes against the personality are considered, a critical assessment is given to individual applicable criminal law norms in the field of personality protection, its rights and freedoms, and proposals are made to improve them.
