Criminal law opposition to crimes against the personality

The presented textbook discusses topical issues regarding the characteristics of criminal law counteraction of crimes against the individual. Special attention is paid to the general theoretical and practical aspects of the qualifications of crimes against life and health, freedom, honor and dignity of personality, sexual freedom and sexual integrity, as well as against family and minors. The characteristics of the corpus delicti are given, examples of judicial practice are given.
