The textbook was prepared by leading specialists in the field of criminal law of the Department of Criminal Law of the Russian State University of Justice with the participation of judges of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Department of Criminal Law of the Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafina.
The work was performed on the basis of the materials of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, taking into account the latest changes and additions, as well as the existing decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and materials of judicial practice.
