Criminal law of Russia. General and special

The proposed textbook sets out the material of the training course of the general and special parts of the criminal law of Russia. Normative materials and judicial practice are used as of December 17, 2015.
The textbook is fully consistent with the new standards of higher education in the direction of "jurisprudence" (qualification (degree) - "bachelors"), and prepared by the faculty of the Moscow State University named after O. E. Kutafin, which developed the programs of the basic part of the new standard .
The textbook is intended for students of law faculties and universities studying under undergraduate programs, as well as teachers practicing lawyers and all interested in the right.
