The textbook was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education in the specialty of "jurisprudence" and the program of the Criminal Law course (as of 2021).
The book in an affordable form considers the main issues of the general theory of criminal law, including such basic elements as criminal law, crime, corpus delicti and its types, complicity in a crime, punishment, exemption from criminal liability and punishment, general qualification rules crimes, as well as a criminal legal analysis of specific corpus delicti, the most problematic issues of their qualifications.
In the analysis of crimes, the materials of the resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation are widely used. When preparing the textbook, changes and additions of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation as of September 20, 2021 were taken into account.
