Annotation to the book "Criminal Law. A common part. Textbook"
This textbook is experimental, prepared by teachers of the Department of Criminal Law of the Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafin (Moscow State University) and the National Research University "Higher School of Economics" with the participation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in accordance with the program of the course" Criminal Law.
