The scientific and practical manual is devoted to the formation of a comprehensive and systematic approach to improving the activities of the court and preliminary investigation bodies in cases of crimes committed in the field of entrepreneurial and other economic activities (including taking into account the experience of law enforcement practice in the implementation of criminal prosecution of entrepreneurs in a number of foreign countries) . The problem of establishing a balance between the obligations of the judicial investigative bodies within the framework of its competence is considered to take measures to ensure economic security and observe the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs involved in criminal proceedings.
