This textbook is experimental, prepared by teachers of the Department of Criminal Law of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin with the participation of specialists of other universities (National Research University "Higher School of Economics" of the Moscow State Linguistic University) and the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in accordance with the program of the course" Criminal right. A special part of "based on modern criminal legislation, as well as other regulatory legal acts.
