The course on a common part of criminal law was prepared in accordance with the program of the Criminal Law on the basis of the current Russian legislation and the prevailing law enforcement practice. Unlike other publications of this kind, special attention is paid to the book of such important in the scientific and practical sense by the motive of crime, freedom of will, which determines the act, the nuances of mental disorders that do not exclude sanity. For the first time in the educational literature, a detailed study on criminal law schools was proposed, an essay on the social foundations of a criminal law ban was given.
The main emphasis is on the polemic provisions of the common part of the criminal law.
The content of the course complies with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education of the third generation and the methodological requirements for educational publications.
Normative acts are used as of July 1, 2018
for students of higher educational institutions, graduate students, teachers and practicing lawyers
