The textbook was prepared by leading teachers of the Department of Criminal Law of the Crimean branch of the Russian State University of Justice and the Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafina (MGUA) with the participation of scientists from other universities and scientific institutions of Russia. The textbook has an analysis of the criminal legal institutions of the general part of the criminal law of Russia and the basic issues of their application, reflected in the decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
