The publication covers all the current decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for criminal cases (and in some cases in administrative and civil cases), grouped under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. This structure of work and the so-called cross links will facilitate the search and application of clarification of the criminal law norms, will help to avoid mistakes in the qualification of socially dangerous acts, and will become an invaluable help in studying the criminal law. In addition, the appendix gives reviews on certain issues of judicial practice related to the application of legislation and measures to counteract the distribution of new coronavirus infection in the Russian Federation (Covid-19) No. 1 and No. 2, approved by the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
