This publication contains an analysis of the state, dynamics and structure of crime, as well as organizational and legal measures to combat it in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. The appendix to the manual contains transfers of foreign reports of Greco, FATF and EAG, statistics from the Ministry of Health, Roszdravnadzor, the General Prosecutor General, the Supreme Court and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the recommendations of the Council of the Federation and the modernization of criminal and criminal procedure legislation in terms of economic crimes, independent expert assessments . The study is aimed at developing the concept of epidemiological criminology as a branch of the study of certain types of crime in crisis conditions.
