The training manual was prepared in accordance with the Federal State General Standard of Higher Professional Education in the field of training 03.09.00 “Jurisprudence” (qualification (degree) - “Master”).
The manual contains an analysis of fundamental, including conflict, qualification of acts in the field of criminal bankruptcy. Structurally, it is divided into paragraphs, parts and subcuties indicated by digital landmarks (1.1, 2.1, etc).
In the book, the emphasis is on the analysis of bankruptcy methods, the benefit that the subject extracts from its actions, the compositions of “bankrupt” crimes and the possibilities of exemption from criminal liability for the commission of the crimes of the group under consideration.
In the work, legislation is analyzed, including laws regulating bankruptcy, scientific concepts. Options of optimal solutions to conflict issues are offered.
A textbook is intended for master"s students, but can be used by graduate students, teachers of legal educational institutions, scientific and practical employees, as well as entrepreneurs
