The monograph proposed to readers is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of crimes against the management order.
The first section of the work is devoted to the historical development of criminal liability for crimes against the procedure for management in domestic law from the moment of their occurrence to the Criminal Code of 1996. In addition to the analysis of regulatory acts, great attention is paid to their doctrinal interpretation by well -known scientists, consideration and analysis of draft regulatory acts various times, as well as judicial practice.
The second section is devoted to criminal liability for crimes against the management procedure for the current Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in 1996.
