The monographs discuss the legislative, theoretical and practical problems of criminal liability for acts encroaching on public security and public order (Section IX of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the most debatable issues arising in judicial practice and the doctrine of criminal law, in particular issues of interpreting the norms of terrorist crimes, on the illegal trafficking of drugs and psychotropic substances, about environmental crimes, etc. The study is based on a solid empirical basis prepared taking into account the current state of science of the criminal law of Russia.
