The monograph proposed to readers show theoretical and practical problems of crimes against the health of the population and public morality.
The first section of the work is devoted to the theoretical foundations of the crimes under consideration. The book highlights various approaches and discussions regarding the qualifications of crimes of Ch. 25 of the Criminal Code. The author is theoretically substantiated and proposed the rules for the qualification of the crimes under consideration.
In the preparation of the monograph, 2888 decisions of courts of various levels and various regions of Russia were studied and analyzed. The work provides numerous examples from modern judicial practice.
