The monograph is devoted to the international legal analysis of the Institute of responsibility for committing crimes against the departure of international criminal justice. The periodization of the history of the formation of the institution of responsibility for their commission is given. The process of the formation of a modern system of international criminal justice has been investigated. The author’s definition of the concepts of the “International Criminal Court” and "crimes against the departure of international criminal justice" were proposed. The analysis and justification of such acts as the Sui Generis crimes forming in international law was carried out, the circle of their subjects and objects was determined. Crimes against the departure of international criminal justice, provided for in modern international legal acts, have been allocated and in detail.
