Crime with the field of financial markets in the Russian Federation. Monography

The monograph is devoted to the problem of countering crime in the field of financial markets in the Russian Federation. It discusses such issues as the concept of crime in the field of financial markets, the current state of crime in the specified area, the features of its determination, the criminal legal characteristic of crimes committed in the financial markets, and the problems of their qualification in the Russian Federation. In addition, the work presents the foreign experience of responsibility for crimes of this type. Separately, the features of crime in such segments of the financial market as the securities market, insurance, microfinance and microcredit activity are considered. On the basis of the study by the copyright team, measures have been developed to further improve the counteraction of crime in the field of financial markets in the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to the issues of prosecutorial supervision of the implementation of laws and its place in the system of measures to counteract crime of this type.
