One of the most prominent features of the development of modern international law was the growth of the number and influence of international courts, among which the groups are the courts of regional integration associations. Having common features in other international courts, these courts are nevertheless created primarily to monitor general application acts adopted by the institutions of these associations. The author, on the example of the EU and the Court of the EAEU, considers such issues of the activities of this group of courts as the precedent power of their decisions, judicial activism, characteristic of these courts, the execution of their decisions, as well as the interaction of these courts with constitutional courts of members of members and regional courts and on human rights .
