The monograph is devoted to one of the most urgent problems of Russian criminal procedure law - the problem of ensuring the quality of court decisions.
The author rethinks the requirements for court decisions, their properties, analyzes the mechanism and identifies decision -making models. The work also illuminates the procedural regulation of the procedure for making court decisions made in various forms of criminal proceedings: final, in the implementation of judicial control in pre -trial proceedings, with the participation of jurors accepted in a special trial.
