This training course is a systemic presentation of corporate law. The authors of the course are well -known scientists and practices, the scientific developments of which have formed a modern idea of corporate law and its basic problems.
The essence of the corporation and corporate legal relations, the types of commercial and non -profit corporations, corporate associations, their creation and termination (vol. 1) are considered in the course. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the legal status of business companies: the problems of the formation of the authorized capital, individual issues of corporate governance, the responsibility of participants and members of the company"s bodies and other institutions (vol. 2).
The course is covered by both private law and public law aspects of the activities of corporations, the development trends of legislation, a review of scientific positions, an analysis of law enforcement practice and legalization activity is contained.
The book is addressed to students and graduate students of legal universities, judges and lawyers, as well as to lawyers practitioners in the field of corporate law.
