The textbook is a systemic presentation of the main institutions of modern Russian corporate law. The concept and signs of a legal entity, the concept and sources of corporate law, the concept and types of corporations, their institution, reorganization and termination, types of corporate associations, as well as corporate legal relations, including the rights and obligations of participants in the corporation are considered. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the legal status of economic societies: the problems of the formation of the authorized capital, individual issues of corporate governance, the responsibility of participants and members of the company"s bodies, as well as the protection of the rights of participants in corporate relations.
