In this work, the author analyzes the current legislation in order to identify the rule of law to apply to relations arising between the parties to the corporate agreement. The identification of proper legal regulation is associated with the definition of the legal nature of the corporate agreement, as well as the legal relations arising on its basis. The author pays attention to the possibilities of applying individual institutions of obligatory law to relations from the corporate agreement.
