Control over the activities of a joint -stock company: legal regulation. Monograph

In this study, an attempt was made to determine the peculiarity of the legal nature of a private law (civil) control over the activities of a joint-stock company, to identify its differences from other types of control, as well as determine its elements and formulate a unified system of such control. In addition, the special role of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation was considered in the exercise of control powers in the field of corporate relations, which made it possible to talk about building a unified control system led by the Bank of Russia.
