The monograph is devoted to the implementation of the control and supervision functions of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation in the context of digital and integration summons. The theoretical foundations of the construction of control and supervision activities of customs authorities are investigated, the author’s methodology of its doctrinal positioning is proposed, and the ratio of various types of state control and supervision in the activities of customs authorities is justified.
