The book contains a comparative analysis of English and Russian legislation governing contractual relations. This publication is devoted to both the general provisions on the contract and individual contracts. A characteristic of the English contract is given, sources of law, the legal nature of the contract, the conditions of the reality of the contract are revealed. Particular attention is paid to issues of conclusion, execution and termination of the contract. Separately investigated the problems of applying protection for violations of the law, court decisions and terms of the contract. In addition, certain types of contracts are considered in the work: purchase and sale, hiring, leasing, insurance, agency agreement.
