In this work, for the first time in the domestic doctrine, the concept of constructing the corpus delicti is presented at the monographic level, which discusses the basic issues of this problem (the concept of constructing the corpus delicti, its place in the structure of criminal lawmaking and the system of legislative equipment, interconnection with adjacent categories, general rules for the design of the composition Crimes), certain types of corpus delicti and the problems of their construction are analyzed, and the issues of the language design of signs of the composition of the crime and the technique of their placement in the general and special parts of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are investigated. Theoretical provisions are projected in the work on the current criminal law, on this basis a significant number of defects in modern criminal law regulation were revealed and ways to eliminate them were proposed.
