The work explores issues related to the definition of the concept of constitutional and legal foundations of the powers of the highest bodies of state power, their classification. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the status powers of the highest bodies of state power, which make it possible to maximize the legal status of the head of state, parliament and the government of modern states, their role and place in the system of state power.
