The purpose of the scientific monograph is to determine the constitutional content of the right of ownership of public entities to land in the Russian Federation, to identify the ratio of the concepts of national property and the ownership of public entities to land in constitutional law, to consider the features of constitutional regulation of restrictions on land ownership in the interests of public entities as in the Russian Federation , and abroad.
Independent objects of the study were the historical aspect of constitutional regulation of the ownership of public entities to land and the status of such owners of land as the state and municipalities.
The legislation is provided as of May 2017.
This work is designed for teachers, students, graduate students of legal educational institutions, officials of state authorities and local self -government in the field of real estate management, as well as scientists and specialists in the field of state registration of transactions with land plots
