Constitutional protection of the right to life from arbitrary encroachments by representatives of the authorities

The scientific monograph aims to determine the basic content of constitutional protection of the right to life from arbitrary encroachments by representatives of the authorities, to identify trends in ensuring this right formulated in the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the European Court of Human Rights.
Independent objects of the study are the concept and content of the constitutional right to life, its features in the human rights system, legal guarantees, etc.
