The training manual was built in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of VPO for the main educational programs in the direction of preparation 030900 "Jurisprudence", qualification "bachelors", and qualification "Master".
In the training manual on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the concepts, essence and mechanism of the implementation of constitutional legality in the activities of public authorities, the problems of normative consolidation, implementation of mechanisms, participation in the implementation of the constitutional legality of civil society institutions are studied.
The basic theoretical issues of the concept and principles of constitutional legality, the theory of separation of powers are revealed. The relationship between the branches of the authorities in ensuring the constitutional legality of Russia is closely considered: the activities of the President of the Russian Federation and the heads of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the work of the system of legislative and executive authorities, the activities in the designated sphere of constitutional (charter) courts and prosecutors in the Russian Federation. The mechanism for the implementation of constitutional legality at the municipal level is investigated. The guarantees of constitutional legality, ensuring the constitutionality of the interaction of international and national law are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to information support in the mechanism for the implementation of constitutional legality.
