Constitutional law of the Russian Federation. Workshop

The workshop contains topics of seminars, a list of questions for each topic, sources of legal regulation, the main terms and a set of theoretical and practical tasks. Each topic is also accompanied by issues for reflection, which can become the subject for discussion, for the formation of opinions among students on problematic issues.
The workshop was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the direction of preparation "Jurisprudence", qualification (degree) of the bachelor.
The workshop is intended for students, teachers and everyone who is interested in the constitutional law of the Russian Federation, strives for a deeper, creative assimilation of theoretical material
