A real textbook, which is a fourth, altered and supplemented edition, is written see. Shahram - a well -known Russian scientist, state and political figure, co -author (together with a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Yu.N., Professor S.S. Alekseev) text of the current Constitution of the Russian Federation in 1993. It systematized basic theoretical representations in the field of constitutional Rights and a comprehensive analysis of the practice of constitutional legal relations. The author covers the fundamental problems of the formation and development of modern constitutional law in Russia through the prism of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. This makes it possible to present to readers of the textbook "Living Constitutional Law" in all its diversity and to arm them with a practical guide in the world of modern legal realities. The normative legal acts used (with the exception of the agreed cases) are presented in existing editions.
