The purpose of this composition is to facilitate the novice of the constitutional law and help friends with him in deepening his knowledge. Accordingly, the textbook in an accessible form highlights the main institutions of constitutional law. A distinctive feature of the book also consists in addressing the author to a number of new issues posed by the modern stage of the state-legal development of Russia, as well as relating its place in the globalizing world, which reflect the objective processes of expanding the limits of constitutional regulation and, therefore, the subject of constitutional law.
