The ninth edition of the textbook characterizes the constitutional right of foreign countries in action and includes two parts: the general - the basis of the constitutional law of foreign countries and [special - the foundations of the constitutional law of individual countries. The general part contains the characteristics of the basic concepts and institutions of constitutional law, the special part considers the foundations of the constitutional law of nine countries of various parts of the world (USA, Great Britain, France, Germany, China, Japan.
