This textbook contains a systematic analysis of the basic problems of the industry and science of constitutional law through the prism of practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. The generalization of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation was carried out in accordance with the sections of the educational discipline of constitutional law, which contributes to a deeper understanding of the educational material from the perspective of not only the theory, but also the mechanism of application and official interpretation of the studied constitutional legal norms.
Analysis of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation is carried out comprehensively and is aimed at the formation of students about the subjects of appeal in each case, positions of applicants, courts and individual judges, as well as changes in legal regulation after decisions made by the court. In the preparation of the manual, they took into account the significant impact on the development of certain institutions of constitutional law for the decision of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation from 1991 to 2019.
The materials of legislation and law enforcement practice are given as of July 1, 2019
